We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile sets a strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance) to verify that you are not a bot. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising.

Your information is collected solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (by submitting the form) and legitimate interest (replying to your message).

4. Data Processors

Your data is processed through the following services:

• Cloudflare CDN — transmits and caches website content (standard access logs retained for up to 24 hours)
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection service that sets a security cookie
• Cloudflare D1 — stores contact form submissions
• Cloudflare R2 — stores uploaded media assets

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request a copy (export) of your data

7. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to the contact address listed on this site with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." I will remove your records from D1 within 14 days and confirm completion.
